Um dia antes de deixarem oficialmente a família real britânica, o príncipe Harry e Meghan Markle postaram uma carta de despedida para os seguidores da conta @sussexroyal, administrada pelo duque e a duquesa de Sussex

“Como todos podemos sentir, o mundo neste momento parece extraordinariamente frágil. (…) O mais importante agora é a saúde e o bem-estar de todos em todo o mundo e encontrar soluções para os muitos problemas que se apresentaram como resultado dessa pandemia”, escreveu o casal nesta segunda-feira (30).

“Enquanto todos encontramos o papel que devemos desempenhar nessa mudança global e mudança de hábitos, estamos focando este novo capítulo para entender como podemos contribuir da melhor maneira. Embora você possa não nos ver aqui, o trabalho continua”, disseram Meghan e Harry.

Eles finalizaram agradecendo ao carinho dos seguidores.“Obrigado a esta comunidade – pelo apoio, inspiração e compromisso compartilhado com os bons do mundo. Estamos ansiosos para nos reconectarmos com vocês em breve. Vocês foram ótimos! Até lá, por favor, cuidem uns dos outros”, concluíram.
