Beyoncé envia medida judicial para restaurante que a homenageou em Nova York

Depois de proibir uma marca de cerveja de usar o nome “Biëryoncé” para a bebida, Beyoncé mandou uma medida judicial para outro restaurante que tentou homenageá-la no cardápio.

Durante o mês de dezembro, o restaurante “Leyenda”, de Nova York”, decidiu mudar o nome para “Sleyenda” – inspirado na frase “I Slay”, da música “Formation” –  e imprimir os cardápios em cartões de Natal com o rosto de Beyoncé.

Ao saber das mudanças, a cantora alertou seus advogados e eles emitiram uma medida judicial exigindo que o restaurante interrompesse as “homenagens” ou um processo seria iniciado.

No Instagram, o restaurante divulgou o documento recebido e disse que irá manter o nome “Sleyenda”, assim como homenagear outras artistas femininas em 2018.
